Ingredients
1 large chicken breast
1 small ziplock bag's worth of kettle chips, your choice of flavor, crunched up
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3 large eggs, beaten
Cooking oil
Directions:
1. Mix crunched up chips, flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a shallow dish.
2. Have 3 eggs beaten in a bowl.
3. Heat cooking oil in large skillet
4. Cut up chicken into strips
5. Dunk chicken strips first into eggs, then roll around in dry mix, then fry until both sides of the chicken strips are golden brown.
6. Serve with dipping sauce and a side dish.
